Check current availability here. Please keep in mind that additional bookings may not have been updated online. Do not plan travel until your booking is confirmed.

All rates plus $20 each person per booking linen and cleaning costs.

Options

• Maid service: daily, weekly, or by arrangement.
• Personal chef service: by arrangement
• Kitchen supplies: milk, coffee, tea, bread, biscuits: by arrangement.

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the total rental for your stay is required to secure your booking. The balance of your rental is due at least 45 days before your first night. Late payment may result in forfeiture of your booking.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $250 is require for each stay.

Cleaning fee

$100 per stay. Additional charges will apply for daily maid service.

Refund Policy

Cancellations within 30 days - no refund

Cancellations within 59 days - 50% refund

Cancellations with more than 60 days notice - Full refund less a NZ$150 administration fee.
